“Joan’s appreciation for Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural masterpiece “Fallingwater” and her design philosophy of a ‘connection between the interior and exterior environment’ made her the perfect design professional for our project. Every color, all of the fabrics and surface materials including custom crafted furnishings were chosen to fuse the interior with the architecture and the natural setting and marry wonderfully with the era that our home reflects. Her involvement in our project also included furniture design, both free standing in built-ins, rug design and lighting fixture design. Working with Joan made the entire process enjoyable and rewarding with our dream becoming a reality.”
